1. Who We Are

Keravibes is a digital services platform offering SaaS products, photography services, storytelling content, and downloadable digital products. We process payments through Cashfree Payments, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register, or your name, email, and profile picture when you sign in via Google.
• Booking details: Name, email, phone number, selected service, date, time, and any notes you provide when booking a session.
• Purchase information: Name and email address when you purchase a digital product or service.
• Comments and communications: Messages, blog comments, replies, and feedback you submit through our platform.

2.2 Payment Information

All payment transactions are processed by Cashfree Payments India Private Limited. We do not store, process, or transmit your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials on our servers. Cashfree handles sensitive financial data under their own PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

We receive only a transaction reference ID and payment status from Cashfree. By making a payment, you also agree to Cashfree's Privacy Policy.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

• IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type
• Pages visited, time spent, links clicked, and session activity
• Session tokens and authentication state stored via cookies

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity
• To process bookings, confirm appointments, and send booking-related communications
• To process payments and deliver purchased digital products via secure download links
• To track download history and enforce per-order download limits
• To respond to support requests and inquiries within 24 hours
• To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, order receipts, download links)
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access
• To improve platform performance and understand usage patterns
• To comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails without your explicit consent.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Cashfree Payments: Your name, email, phone, and order amount are shared solely to process your payment transaction.
• Google (OAuth): If you use Google Sign-In, minimal authentication data is exchanged with Google.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by Indian law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the acquiring party under the same privacy protections.

We do not share your data with advertisers or third-party marketing platforms.

5. Digital Products — Downloads & Data Retention

When you purchase a digital product:

• A secure, order-specific download link is generated and linked to your account.
• Download activity (count and timestamps) is tracked to enforce limits and prevent abuse.
• All digital product sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital product has been purchased. See our Terms and Conditions for the complete No-Refund Policy.
• Order records including your name, email, products purchased, amount paid, and download history are retained for a minimum of 3 years as required for financial record-keeping under Indian law.

6. Cashfree Payment Gateway — Specific Disclosures

In compliance with Cashfree's merchant requirements, we disclose the following:

• Keravibes uses Cashfree Payments as its payment processor for all transactions.
• Cashfree is PCI-DSS compliant and licensed by the RBI as a payment aggregator.
• We share only the minimum data required by Cashfree: customer name, email, phone number, order amount, and order reference ID.
• We do not store card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank account details on our servers.
• All payment pages are subject to Cashfree's own security and privacy standards.
• In the event of a payment dispute, our support team is available to assist within 24 hours.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for login, authentication, and cart functionality. These cannot be disabled without breaking core features. You can control other cookies through your browser settings.

8. Data Security

We implement HTTPS encryption, hashed password storage, role-based access controls, and secure file storage for all digital assets. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@keravibes.com. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

Our platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
