Important: By accessing or using Keravibes ("we", "our", "us", "the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.


1. About Keravibes

Keravibes is a digital services platform that offers:

  • SaaS products and tools for individual and business use
  • Photography services โ€” session bookings and related deliverables
  • Storytelling content and services
  • Digital products available for download purchase (e-books, templates, guides, files, and other downloadable content)
  • Session bookings for the above services

Payments on this platform are processed exclusively by Cashfree Payments India Private Limited, a licensed RBI payment aggregator.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform, create an account, make bookings, or purchase digital products. By using Keravibes, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.


3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

You may register using your email and password, or sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information if it changes. Keravibes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

3.3 Account Security

Notify us immediately at support@keravibes.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.


4. Booking Services

4.1 Session Bookings

You may book sessions for photography, storytelling, or other available services through our booking system. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation notification.

4.2 Booking Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details โ€” including selected service, date, time, name, email, and phone โ€” are accurate at the time of submission.

4.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated to you at the time of confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in exceptional circumstances, with advance notice provided to you.

4.4 No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a booked session without prior notice, the booking will be considered forfeited.


5. Digital Products โ€” Purchase, Delivery & No-Refund Policy

5.1 Digital Product Sales

Keravibes sells digital products including but not limited to: downloadable files, templates, e-books, guides, presets, and other digital content. All digital products are available for purchase through our online store.

5.2 Delivery

Upon successful payment, a secure download link will be generated and made available in your account under "My Downloads". An order confirmation will also be sent to your registered email address. Download links are associated with your account and order.

5.3 No-Refund Policy โ€” Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances once a digital product purchase is completed. This policy applies because:

  • Digital products are delivered immediately and electronically upon payment
  • Once downloaded or accessed, the product cannot be "returned"
  • The nature of digital content makes it impossible to verify non-use after delivery

This No-Refund Policy is in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws for digital goods. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5.4 Exceptions

We will only consider a refund or replacement in the following limited circumstances:

  • The product file is technically corrupted and cannot be opened or downloaded after multiple attempts
  • The product delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page

To raise such a claim, contact us at support@keravibes.com within 24 hours of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 24 hours.

5.5 Download Limits

Digital products may be subject to download limits per order. These limits are displayed on the product page. Attempting to circumvent download limits is prohibited.

5.6 Licence for Digital Products

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the digital product for its intended purpose. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicence, or share the product with third parties
  • Use the product for commercial purposes unless explicitly stated on the product page
  • Claim ownership or copyright over the purchased digital product
  • Upload or host the product on any other platform or service

6. Payments

6.1 Payment Processor

All payments on Keravibes are processed by Cashfree Payments India Private Limited. By making a payment, you agree to Cashfree's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all payment methods supported by Cashfree, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets, subject to availability.

6.3 Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on our platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where mentioned.

6.4 Payment Failures

If a payment fails, do not attempt multiple payments without verifying your account first. Contact us at support@keravibes.com within 24 hours if an amount has been debited but your order has not been confirmed.

6.5 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.

6.6 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change the pricing of any product or service at any time. Changes will not apply to purchases already completed.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Keravibes platform โ€” including text, images, graphics, logos, photography work, digital products, code, and design โ€” is the exclusive intellectual property of Keravibes or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our express written permission.


8. User-Generated Content

By submitting comments, replies, or other content on our platform, you grant Keravibes a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content on the platform. You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that is abusive, defamatory, spammy, or otherwise inappropriate.


9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Circumvent download limits or access controls on digital products
  • Resell or redistribute purchased digital products
  • Engage in fraudulent booking or payment behaviour
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or our support team

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.


10. Support

Our support team is available and will respond to all queries, complaints, and issues within 24 hours of submission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Keravibes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific transaction.
  • We are not responsible for third-party services, including Cashfree's payment processing, Google's authentication services, or any external links on our platform.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the platform.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.


13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at support@keravibes.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.


14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
